These guidelines are one of the means of information through which we are committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19. Individual behavior is crucial to containing the spread of contagion.
For this reason we ask you to read the Company’s Security Protocol and to comply with the following simple instructions.
Buy in advance
Buying the ticket or pass online or via App helps to reduce gatherings when boarding and ensures you a reserved seat on the bus.
Occupy the same chair
Occupying the same seat throughout the journey ensures to keep the safest upright posture and to avoid “face to face” positions.
Always wear the mask
To always wear a mask can be annoying, but scientific studies show that, if we all cover our nose and mouth correctly, we contribute to reduce the risk of infection by up to 99,9%.
Sanitize your hands often
Sanitizing your hands often with an alcohol-based gel and avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth are simple but very effective practices to prevent the spread of the virus.
Maintain a distance of one metre from others
Maintaining a distance of one metre, either when you are aboard or when getting on and off the bus, helps to reduce the opportunities for contact with other people. Carers of minors and people with reduced mobility are exempt.
